Unsure of what class to enroll in?
For all new students no matter what fitness level we recommend that you start in 'beginners' for either Pole or Lyra. Once you are confident and ready your instructor will guide you through your progression. Pole levels are listed below on the first image (lyra on second) and progressively get harder as you build your skillset. Any questions? ask your instructor.
Intermediate & Higher levels
From intermediate one and above there are three ‘rotations’ (A, B and C). Each pole level has core foundational moves and combos you will work on each term. Each rotation will include more new move variations for you to master. If you are completing the same level over three consecutive terms you will be taught all new content for these rotations!
Ready to level up?
At the end of your term, your instructor will be able to tell you if you are ready to move up to the next level. It is expected that you will repeat some levels, especially as you progress into the higher levels so don't be discouraged! This way you have time to perfect your skills and moves in pole dance, and often enough one term per level is not enough to fully master these moves.

Please also remove all; rings, bracelets, watches and any other jewelry which may scratch the pole!
