Pole instructor
I have been poling for about 5.5 years. I love the achievements when you get a new move and the addictive fun and laughter you have while training.
Pole is amazing to build your upper body strength. To lift and manipulate your body on different positions that you never thought you could do! All while you are having fun is the best way to build your fitness!

I've been poling for 6-7 years, I love everything about pole, the way it makes me feel free and takes you away from many stresses just being able to be me. I love that it gives the best workout without feeling like a workout at times. I love the confidence it brings to everyone and the students! I love the pole family that's been created and I want all students to feel like they can be their selves with no judgement. I love being able to teach and show and encourage students where they can get to and what they can achieve.

ELLEN JONES
POLE & FLEX INSTRUCTOR
Ellen has been a student at Spinnin’ Pole Studio since 2014 and an instructor since 2016. She loves the supportive, creative and social environment at the studio and sharing this life-changing form of dance with her students. Ellen likes to bring her ballet dancing background to pole, as well as spicing it up with some sexy routines. She loves how every form of dance can translate to pole, combining an incredible strength-building workout with the beauty and joy of dancing. Pole dancing has played a huge role in helping Ellen get back into shape after having three children, and she loves to witness the transformation in her students as well. Classes are the highlight of Ellen’s week and an opportunity to laugh and share with her amazing students. Ellen is a lawyer who runs a small firm with her husband. On the rare occasions when she is not upside down on a pole, she enjoys spending time with her family, bushwalking, yoga, socialising, knitting and reading.

JESS WONG
POLE & LYRA INSTRUCTOR
I started pole dancing in July, 2014 after a friend invited me to attend free trial session and was instantly hooked. I like that pole is a relatively new sport/activity in pop culture, so there are no hard and fast rules about what's right and wrong, so you can make pole as individual as the dancer.
I encourage people to challenge their selves physically but to have fun whilst doing it and to challenge their mindset about exercise and sexuality and to meet some of the most supportive teachers and students in any sports that I know of.

LINDSEY TILBURG
POLE & LYRA INSTRUCTOR
I started my pole journey at Spinnin' Pole Studio nearly 3 years ago and have been instructing classes late 2017. I absolutely love everything pole and the supportive family that Spinnin' is. I have met some amazing people whilst learning pole and wouldn't change it for the world!
My teaching style includes some fun contemporary style dance moves and I'm always up for a challenge!

KEIRA SEFTON
POLE INSTRUCTOR
I have been doing pole for almost 3 years. I started pole because I wanted to try a different type of exercise and it looked like fun and I instantly loved it. I continue to do it as a great way to keep fit and strong whilst having heaps of fun. People should start pole because it's fun and fitness all in one and you make lots of new friends. It never gets boring as you are always learning something different!
